No, Sid The Cat is not responsible for any tickets suspected of being purchased for the sole purpose of reselling and can be canceled at the discretion of Sid The Cat/DICE.

Can I get a refund on tickets I’ve purchased?

Sid The Cat Presents has a strict no refund policy for tickets. This means that once you purchase a ticket, you are not able to get a refund, regardless of the circumstances.

When you purchase tickets ahead of time before the show date, you are paying to guarantee your admission, but if you have hesitations regarding the event date then please wait to purchase tickets until you are sure it’ll work out for your schedule (but there is a risk that the event can sell-out before you make a decision).

If you cannot use the tickets, please gift them to your friends. For sold-out shows, DICE offers a waitlist.

There are a few exceptions to this policy, if the concert is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a natural disaster or the illness of a performer. In these cases, you will typically be able to get a refund or exchange your ticket for a different date.

It is important to carefully read the terms and conditions of your ticket purchase before you buy, so you are aware of the refund policy. If you are unsure about the policy, you can contact Sid at sidthecat.com/contact or DICE for more information.
